Quality control management
The quality management system established by the company according to the requirements of ISO9001:2008 quality management system has passed the audit and certification of Shanghai quality system audit center and obtained the quality management system certification certificate. The organizational structure was established and the responsibility distribution was clarified. Quality system documents include: quality manual, 16 manual procedure documents and 13 third level working procedures. Nuclear quality assurance system has been established according to HAF003, and 21 "nuclear grade flange and forging manufacturing quality assurance program" and its procedure documents have been formulated. 18 operation procedures have been formulated for manufacturing inspection of flange and forging products according to RCC-M and ASME codes.
Technological Process
Strengthen personnel qualification control and training
Strengthen the training work, in addition to the physical and chemical testing, nondestructive testing personnel all qualified to obtain the qualification certificate, for other manufacturing and inspection personnel, the company shall organize internal training, and take the post with certificate after passing the examination. To improve the quality awareness and business skills of employees.
Strengthen process control
In the product manufacturing activities, the company formulates quality plan and manufacturing inspection outline according to the technical conditions, standards and specifications specified in the purchase contract, and formulates the forging process card, heat treatment process card, physical and chemical test procedures, non-destructive testing (UT, Pt, MT), dimensional inspection and identification mark and other operation procedures according to the process to guide the operation, and distribute them to the user departments and personnel under control, Ensure that the operation is carried out according to the document.
Strengthen quality control plan
Before the start of product manufacturing, a "quality control plan" is formulated. The company's QC and QA select witness inspection points for each process to control the quality of each process. Only after the previous process passes the inspection and test can it flow into the next process. Otherwise, it should be controlled according to the non conformity items.
Strengthen equipment control
Production and testing equipment is complete. Make annual large and medium-sized maintenance plan and equipment maintenance plan for production equipment to ensure that the production equipment is in good condition. All testing instruments, test equipment, measuring instruments, etc. shall be qualified by the metrological verification unit recognized by the state, and shall be used within the period of validity.
Strengthen quality assurance supervision
Formulate and implement the annual quality assurance inspection and supervision plan, and strengthen the quality assurance inspection and supervision work.
Non conformity control
The control procedure for non conformity items formulated by the company is used to manage the non conformity items in the process of product manufacturing, analyze the root causes of the non conformity items, formulate the disposal plan and corrective and preventive measures, effectively avoid the recurrence of the non conformity items, and steadily improve the product quality.
Corrective and preventive measures
In the improvement control procedure formulated by the company, when there are existing and potential quality problems, the corresponding "corrective and preventive measures treatment sheet" shall be issued in time, and effective improvement, corrective and preventive measures shall be taken to realize the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Internal audit and management department review
After passing the internal audit and management review every year, the company timely takes corrective and preventive measures for problems found, so as to continuously improve and perfect the quality management system.
In addition, our company establishes and implements the management department assessment system, decomposes the quality objectives to each department and workshop, and carries out monthly assessment and salary linkage.
