Xilan introduction
Wuxi Flange Forging Co., Ltd., founded in 1984, is a subsidiary of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002438), with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in the manufacturing, processing and research and development of flanges and petrochemical equipment accessories. It is one of the earliest and largest professional manufacturers of flange production and forging for pressure vessels in China. The company covers an area of 78000 square meters, of which the construction area is 39000 square meters. There are nearly 400 employees, including more than 170 engineering and technical personnel with college degree or above, and has fixed assets of nearly 100 million yuan.
The company mainly produces forged steel flanges of various materials, steel forgings for boilers and pressure vessels, machinery and ship forgings according to various international and domestic standards. The products are widely used in petrochemical industry, electric power (nuclear power, wind power, thermal power), light industry, machinery, metallurgy and shipbuilding. The "Ceylon" brand enjoys a high reputation in China.
The company has a complete organization, with more than ten departments and workshops, including manager's office, finance department, human resources department, sales department, purchasing department, manufacturing department, technology department, quality assurance department, quality inspection department, equipment department, security department, forging workshop, heat treatment workshop, blanking workshop, metalworking workshop, steel warehouse, finished product warehouse, etc.
The company has five sets of forging equipment, including one 3600 ton forging press, one φ 6300 mm CNC ring rolling machine, one 1.5 ton air hammer, two one ton air hammers, seven natural gas heating furnaces for forging, sixteen industrial resistance furnaces for heat treatment, and more than 80 gold processing equipment. Among them, the largest CNC vertical lathe with an annual output of 50000 tons has been formed The manufacturing capacity of Lanhe steel forgings for boilers and pressure vessels. The maximum pressure of the flange can reach 2500 lb, the maximum diameter can reach about 6 meters, and the maximum weight of a single piece can reach 30 tons. The company has relatively perfect physical and chemical facilities, more than 30 sets of advanced instruments such as universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, etc., and a high-quality, multi category quality assurance management team has formed a complete set of detection means and quality management system from raw materials to finished products, providing reliable guarantee for product quality.
The company has a complete set of qualifications, has obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality management system / iso14001:2015 environmental management system / iso45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification certificate, special equipment manufacturing license (pressure pipe components), civil nuclear safety equipment manufacturing license, steel forging product safety registration certificate for pressure vessel, ped, ABS, BV certificate, intellectual property management system certification certificate, integration of two management system Assessment certificate, etc. Since 2011, it has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province.

Over the years, the company has provided a large number of flange, boiler and pressure vessel steel forgings for Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOC and other large petrochemical companies as well as the supporting boiler and pressure vessel manufacturers. In particular, the successful development of various types of high-pressure flange has ended the situation of domestic high-pressure flange relying on import, saved foreign exchange and construction time for the country, and made a positive contribution to the localization of flange. Since 2003, the company has been engaged in large-scale domestic petrochemical new and expansion projects, such as Nanjing Yangba, Shanghai Secco, Hainan oil refining, Lanzhou ethylene, Guangzhou Petrochemical hydrogenation, Dalian refining, Qingdao refining, Fujian Refining, Huizhou refining, Dushanzi refining, Guangxi Petrochemical hydrogenation, Fushun ethylene refining, Jinzhou Petrochemical hydrogenation, Sichuan Petrochemical refining, Dalian Hengli PTA, Zhejiang Petrochemical The project provides a large number of flange products, and is well received by customers.
In 1999, the company's products successfully entered the field of nuclear power and became the only supplier of flanges and forgings for Qinshan Phase II project. Since 2006, it has provided a large number of nuclear grade products for Lingao phase II, Qinshan Phase II expansion, Pakistan C2, Hongyanhe, Ningde, Yangjiang, Fangjiashan, Fuqing, Taishan, Fangchenggang, Sanmen, Haiyang and other nuclear power projects, and has become the main supplier of nuclear grade flange for CNNC, CGN and CNNC.
After years of precipitation and accumulation, the company has unique advantages in the aspects of large diameter flange, high pressure flange, low temperature steel flange, hydrogen resistant steel flange, dual phase steel flange, nuclear power flange and nickel base alloy flange, and is ahead of domestic counterparts in manufacturing technology and testing means.
