1. Scope of use

1. These measures apply to all employees who sign labor contracts with the company.

2. Retirement conditions and approval

1. Anyone who works in the company and reaches the statutory retirement age can apply for retirement;

2. The determination of the employee's retirement time is based on the date of birth recorded in the ID card;

3. The Human Resources Department is responsible for the verification of retirement.

3. Retirement procedures process

1. When the employee reaches the retirement age, the Human Resources Department will issue the "Employee Retirement Notice" to the employee before the employee reaches the retirement age;

2. The human resources department will handle the formalities within one month after the employee reaches the retirement age, and will not be included in the permanent staff;

3. In principle, employees will not be re-employed after retirement, and special circumstances must be approved by the general manager;

4. If you need to hire retirees, you should meet the following conditions:

(1) The rehired personnel must have expertise in technology and management, and should be backbone talents in the original position;

(2) Re-employees must be in good health and be able to complete the tasks assigned by the department;

(3) The focus of re-employment is on senior technicians who are engaged in production work on the front line and personnel with senior professional titles who have mastered important technical or management skills, and the re-employment of other personnel is strictly controlled;
