1. Purpose

To promote the career development of employees, encourage employees to delve into professional technology, professional skills, improve professional skills, establish an incentive mechanism that adapts to employee development, and promote the common growth of employees and the company, this method is specially formulated.

2. Scope of use

3. Professional title coordination and planning

1. At the beginning of the year, the human resources department will count the list of employees who meet the application requirements and their professional titles at the beginning of the year, and issue an announcement according to the annual declaration notice of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Learning, the human resources department is responsible for doing a good job of guidance and review;

2. If an employee obtains a certificate after passing the final review, he or she should bring the original certificate to the Human Resources Department for registration and establish a professional title file.

level

Deputy Senior

  1. College degree, have been engaged in professional and technical work for 7 years after obtaining an intermediate professional title;
  2. Bachelor degree or bachelor's degree, after obtaining an intermediate professional title, have been engaged in professional and technical work for at least 5 years;
  3. Master's degree or degree, and have been engaged in professional and technical work for 4 years after obtaining an intermediate professional title;
  4. Ph.D., with an intermediate professional title, have been engaged in professional technical work for at least 2 years; postdoctoral workstations and mobile stations, postdoctoral personnel who have passed the assessment.
  1. College degree, after obtaining an intermediate professional title, have been engaged in this professional work for 9 years;
  2. Bachelor degree or bachelor's degree, 7 years of professional work after obtaining an intermediate professional title;
  3. Master's degree or degree, professional work for 6 years after obtaining an intermediate professional title;

Five, about the conditions for qualification exceptions

(1) Exceptional conditions for intermediate professional titles

One year is allowed to apply for intermediate professional title qualifications. Exceptional conditions: the main completion person of the third prize or above award-winning projects (top 5, individual) Award certificate shall prevail).

(2) Exceptional conditions for deputy senior professional title

Those who meet one of the following conditions after obtaining the intermediate professional title can declare for 1-2 years:

1. The main contributors to the provincial (ministerial) level scientific and technological progress, technological invention, natural science, humanities and social sciences and other award-winning projects above the third prize (and corresponding awards) (top 5, subject to the individual award certificate) .

2. The main inventor of the China Patent Gold Award and Silver Award (subject to the individual award certificate) or the winner of the Jiangsu Patent Inventor Award.

3. Winner of the first place in the national second-class and provincial first-class skill competitions.

(3) Exceptional conditions for senior professional titles

Those who meet one of the following conditions after obtaining the deputy senior professional title can declare for 1-2 years:

1. The main contributors to the provincial (ministry) level scientific and technological progress, technological invention, natural science, humanities and social sciences, etc. second prize (and corresponding awards) or more than 2 third prizes (top 5) , subject to the individual award certificate).

2. The winner of the first prize in the national first-class skills competition.

VI. Other Declaration Instructions

1. For teachers, health technology, veterinarians, journalism, broadcasting, lawyers, justice and other series (professionals) of professional and technical personnel who are subject to occupational access, the requirements for academic qualifications and qualifications when declaring professional titles are still in accordance with the original relevant regulations.

2. Eight majors, including economics, accounting, statistics, auditing, health technology, shipbuilding, translation, and publishing, which are subject to national unified examinations for junior and intermediate professional titles, will no longer be reviewed or recognized for professional titles.

3. The same-level transfer evaluation must be transferred to another post for one year. After the transfer evaluation, one must work for more than one year before applying for a higher-level title. Professional and technical personnel can apply for two series (professional) titles, but the same No two series of (professional) titles can be declared in the year.

4. The full-time education graduation certificate of military academies recognized by the education administrative department, the party school education of long-term classes with a schooling system of more than two years are recognized, intermediate work classes, senior work classes, and preparatory technicians (technicians) in technical colleges Class graduates are regarded as technical secondary school, junior college, and undergraduate degrees.

5. Graduates of full-time colleges and technical secondary schools (without obtaining academic qualifications or degrees) can be lowered by one grade compared with corresponding graduates.

VII. Subsidies for professional and technical titles

1. The professional title subsidy is approved according to the professional title level: 50 yuan/month for the staff level, 100 yuan/month for the assistant level, 300 yuan/month for the intermediate level, 900 yuan/month for the deputy senior level, and 2700 yuan/month for the senior level;

2. The title subsidy of the company's employees has been verified to be true and valid according to Article 1;

3. If an employee has obtained multiple professional titles, the subsidy for the highest-level approved professional title will not be accumulated;

4. If the newly recruited employee already has a professional title, it will be valid after verification, and the professional title subsidy will be settled from the date of becoming a full-time employee;

5. The professional title will be the main reference for the promotion of the company's employees.

8. Regarding the subsidy for non-destructive testing personnel with certificates

1. Obtain Ι level certificate, no subsidy;

2. ① Obtain UT level II full-time inspectors, subsidy 15 yuan / day;

② Obtain PT Ⅱ full-time inspection personnel, subsidy 15 yuan / day;

③ Obtain MT Ⅱ level full-time inspectors, subsidy 15 yuan / day;

④ For those who have obtained other II certificates (UT, PT, MT, VT) at the same time, each subsidy is 5 yuan/day;

3. For those who have obtained nuclear level III certificates, each subsidy is 30 yuan per day, which is enjoyed at the same time as level II subsidies;

4. The above non-destructive testing certificates shall be kept by the Human Resources Department.
