1. Purpose

Standardize the company's employee attendance management, strict labor discipline, and ensure good work and production order.

2. Scope of application

Applicable to all employees of the company, including regular employees, outsourced personnel, labor personnel, interns and other personnel engaged in normal production and operation activities in the company.

3. Attendance method

Implement the combination of electronic attendance and paper attendance. In addition to face-to-face attendance, the attendance staff of the department will record the attendance of employees in the department in paper version. When the paper attendance record is inconsistent with the electronic attendance record, the electronic attendance record shall prevail.

Fourth, attendance management responsibilities

(1) Company attendance specialist:

1. Supervise, inspect, and manage the company's attendance work, and handle and rectify abnormal situations;

2. Check the abnormal attendance records in the system, and promptly notify the attendance staff of the department to make corrections or explanations;

3. Timely maintain personnel information in the attendance system;

4. Collect and keep the attendance sheets, monthly attendance reports and related attendance vouchers of various departments. The storage period is 2 years, and the electronic attendance data of resigned personnel need to be kept for 6 months.

(2) Department attendance officer: The person in charge of each department shall designate a special person as the department attendance officer:

1. Seriously, truthfully and accurately record the attendance of all employees in this department;

2. Timely urge those who have not gone through the leave procedures to complete the leave procedures;

3. Summarize the monthly attendance report, and submit the monthly attendance report and related attendance vouchers (including leave form, annual leave application form, business trip application form, etc.) to the attendance specialist at the end of each month.

(3) The person in charge of each department: responsible for the accuracy of the attendance check of the employees in the department, reviewing the attendance results, and giving written explanations for abnormal situations.

(iv) IT personnel: responsible for the maintenance of attendance equipment (including software and hardware).

Five, working hours

Due to the differences in positions (or positions), different positions in the company implement the comprehensive working hour system and the variable working hour system.

①Comprehensive working hours system: working hours are determined according to the current production plan and shift time of production shifts, and the company chooses to use the year as the calculation cycle. It is suitable for shift workers on the front line of production and personnel in management and functional departments directly related to production.

(2) Unfixed working hours system: The working hours are not restricted by fixed hours, which is applicable to middle and high-level managers, drivers, business personnel and other employees whose work cannot be measured by standard working hours due to annual salary in the company.

6. Specifications for facial recognition

1. The staff of the daily shift and the double shift system brush their faces 4 times a day, and the staff of the forging workshop 2 times a day.

(2) Overtime work that extends working hours also requires facial recognition.

(3) Those who fail to scan their face twice in a row should go to the manager's office to collect face information again in time.

VII. Leave management

⑴ In addition to enjoying public holidays and statutory holidays, employees can take leave according to the prescribed leave according to their own circumstances.

(ii) leave

1. When an employee asks for leave, no matter what kind of leave it is, he or she should submit the "Leave Application Form", and the leave can only be taken after approval according to the following process. For special circumstances, prior verbal approval from superiors is required, and leave procedures must be completed within the day of returning to work. Those who ask for leave without complete procedures will be treated as absenteeism.

2. Approval permissions for leave

⑴General staff:

① The number of leave days shall not exceed 2 days, and shall be approved by the head of the department;

② If the number of days of leave exceeds 2 days but not more than 5 days, after being signed by the head of the department, report to the leader in charge for approval;

③If the number of days of leave exceeds 5 days, it shall be reviewed by the person in charge of the department and reported to the leader in charge for review. After approval by the general manager, it shall be submitted to the Human Resources Department for record.

⑵The person in charge of the department and above:

① If the number of days of leave is 1 day, it shall be approved by the direct leader;

② If the number of days of leave exceeds 1 day, after being signed by the direct leader, report to the general manager for approval and submit to the Human Resources Department for record;

⒊ leave

⑴ Personal leave

①Employees can apply for personal leave if they have to deal with family and personal affairs in person;

⑵ sick leave

①Employees who ask for leave due to illness must provide relevant certificates (medical records, sick leave slips, laboratory test sheets, etc.) from hospitals with second-class B and above qualifications before applying for sick leave;

② Employees who do not meet the relevant certificates of sick leave shall be treated as personal leave; employees who provide false certificates to obtain sick leave are serious violations of company rules and regulations;

③Those who cannot go to work after the expiration of the sick leave and medical treatment shall be dealt with in accordance with the labor law and the company's relevant regulations;

⑶ Marriage leave

①Employees who receive a marriage certificate after joining the company can enjoy marriage leave;

② Marriage leave will be taken within 12 months from the date of receiving the marriage certificate, and will not be enjoyed after the expiration date;

③ Those who ask for marriage leave must submit the approved "Leave Application Form" three working days in advance, and a copy of the marriage certificate must be attached.

⑷Bereavement leave

①When a direct family member (spouse, parent, child) of a formal employee dies, he/she shall submit an application and the company will grant a 3-day leave, and travel leave will be given for funerals in other places;

②If a non-immediate relative of a regular employee dies, he/she shall submit an application and the company will grant a 1-day leave, instead of traveling leave.

⑸ maternity leave

①Compliant with the "Marriage Law" and the relevant regulations of family planning, the official female employees of the company can enjoy the maternity leave stipulated in the "Jiangsu Province Population and Family Planning Regulations" when giving birth;

②Application for maternity leave must be submitted two weeks in advance, and maternity leave can only be enjoyed after approval;

③ If a female employee is pregnant and has a miscarriage, the holiday shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Employee Handbook";

④Male employees can apply for nursing leave for one week during their spouse's childbirth period, and a birth certificate must be provided to apply for nursing leave;

⑤Female employees who meet the relevant national family planning regulations and have babies under the age of one can enjoy breastfeeding leave upon application;

⑹ Work-related injury leave: If it is identified as a work-related injury by the Human Resources and Social Security Department, it will be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and the company.

8. Other attendance management

1. Business trip attendance management: business trips are regarded as normal attendance, and the approved "Business Trip Application Form" must be provided and reported to the Human Resources Department for record, otherwise it will be regarded as absenteeism;

(2) Overtime and attendance management: under normal circumstances, it is not allowed to arrange personnel to work overtime. If the overtime is approved due to work needs, the overtime will be face-scanned normally according to the requirements, and the over-duty without face-scanning records will not be included in the attendance; First make up the number of absent days according to 1:1 to full attendance.

Ⅲ Abnormal attendance management

⒈Missed attendance management

① In the event of missed registration within the current month, the employee must fill in the "Registration Form for Abnormal Attendance", which can be included in the attendance after monitoring and verification;

② There will be no penalty for missing check-in attendance less than 2 times (inclusive); for more than 2 times, penalties will be imposed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Employee Handbook".

2. Management of being late and leaving early

Penalties shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Employee Handbook".

3. Absence from work

Follow the relevant provisions of the "Employee Handbook".
