The quality management system established by the company according to the requirements of ISO9001:2008 quality management system has passed the audit and certification of Shanghai quality system audit center and obtained the quality management system certification certificate. The organizational structure was established and the responsibility distribution was clarified. Quality system documents include: quality manual, 16 manual procedure documents and 13 third level working procedures. Nuclear quality assurance system has been established according to HAF003, and 21 "nuclear grade flange and forging manufacturing quality assurance program" and its procedure documents have been formulated. 18 operation procedures have been formulated for manufacturing inspection of flange and forging products according to RCC-M and ASME codes.
